1. Booking and Payment

• Lessons must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• Payment is required in full before the lesson starts unless agreed otherwise.
• We accept payment via PayPal and other approved methods listed on the site.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be refunded.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative time.

3. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to attend lessons on time and behave respectfully.
• We reserve the right to stop a lesson or refuse service if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Make sure you have any required instruments or materials ready for each lesson.
• Let us know about any accessibility or special learning needs in advance.

5. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse or try to hack our website or systems.
• All content on the site (text, music, media) is owned by us and must not be copied without permission.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.
